Where will my refund go?
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We're unable to issue refunds to a different card or payment method.
I've waited 10 business days and still haven't received my refund
If more than 10 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation email and the credit hasn't appeared yet, here's what to try:
- Check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary and some issuers take 1–2 full billing cycles to post the credit
- Check your original payment method — make sure you're looking at the card or account used at the time of purchase
- Contact us — if you've done both of the above and still don't see your refund, reach out and we'll look into it for you
