Once your order has shipped you'll be able to track it every step of the way. Here's how.
Step 1 — Look for your shipping confirmation email
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email within 5 business days containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
💛 Don't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes confirmation emails land there.
Step 2 — Track your order
Click the tracking link in your confirmation email to see the latest updates on your delivery. You can also track your order directly through your Light Heart account.
Step 3 — Track directly with the carrier
If you'd prefer to track directly with the carrier, you can enter your tracking number on the carrier's website:
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
It's normal for tracking information to take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved in several days or shows no activity, it may indicate a delay or lost package.
- Domestic orders — contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update
- International orders — claims may be filed no sooner than 20 days after shipment (or 30 days for certain destinations)
