How long does it take to process my order?

Once your order is placed, here's what to expect before it ships.

Standard processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days once your order is on its way.

Expedited processing

Need your order faster? Expedited orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same day.

⚠️ Once your order has been placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Peak periods

During high-volume periods — such as promotional sales or holiday seasons — processing may take up to 5 additional business days. We recommend placing your order early if you need it by a specific date.
